Hi. As per a notification by HRD Ministry, universities offering distance education courses will now be regulated under the UGC (University Grants Commission) ODL (Open and Distance Learning) Regulations, 2017. You can get an approved copy from UGC website.

Hi.
12th or equivalent examinations are required to be cleared by a candidate and his/her marks should be 50% at least. In distance, B.A. Admissions entrance exam are not required criteria.
Duration: A minimum to a maximum duration of distance B.A. is 3 to 6 years.
