Yes, you can enroll for a 3 year law. DU has it's own entrance test. CCSU has it's applications open till 18.06.2019. Also, look for private university.

Regular B.Com is always better than correspondence. There after you can pursue M.Com from DU regularly through entrance test. January to June, DU conducts entrance test every year. You need to score more than 60% in B.Com.
