Eligibility: In-service Teacher candidates with a minimum of two years working experience in AP as on 30th June 2018 and having passed Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 50% marks from Andhra University or any other University recognized, as equivalent thereto can apply.
As you are doing job in Odisha, you can't apply.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue B.Ed course from Annamalai University. You can easily get admission seeing your previous courses' % which you have mentioned so no doubt you can pursue and you are eligible for it.
