Trained in-service teachers in elementary education
Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education program (D.T.Ed.) through face-to-face mode.
So you can't pursue B.Ed as you don't have teaching experience.

However, you being an Elementary teacher (JBT) makes you eligible to do the B Ed. You may be one with a BA Degree, but working in a recognized school, whose experience certificate will be approved by the University DDE.
The eligibility conditions for admission to B.Ed (2-year) course through distance mode will be as under:-
(i) Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates) or 55% marks in case of BE/B.Tech (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates) as per directions
