Yes, you can because BPO sector require good communication skills, confidence and commitment in a particular person. You can also pursue Bachelor's degree simultaneously. BPO industry welcome all the students.

For medical, the eligibility is 10+2 examination with physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: biotechnology/biology, conducted by a recognised board or an equivalent examination.
For non-medical, the requirement is 10+2 examination with physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: mathematics /biotechnology/computer science/biology conducted by a recognised board or its equivalent examination.

If presently you are in a job, do by distance and taking tution.
If you can then do regular course. For some govt.jobs they ask for full time degree.

UGC NET is conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
