Hi Nikunj,
There are two possible way you can go forward,
1. Persue for higher education(MSc-IT, MCA.)
2. Search for job.
As you have done your bachelore in distance, It will be difficult for you to get Job in MNC, But still there are many level 3 companies in India where you can try and I am sure you will get a better job.
My personal suggestion to you is to go for a higher education like MSc, MCA, or any of your interest.
The master degree will help you to acquire a good job in MNC and will also help you to higher as you gain experiance.
Please do your higher education as a regular course(not distance)

Hi,
Two regular courses can't be pursued together, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course.
No doubt, managing two or more courses will be strenuous task and will demand proper time. So, think and decide whether you can balance.
Opt for two courses ONLY if you believe that you can perform and score well as it gets tougher by doubling the burden. Also, pursuing two courses together won't help attain a good job. It depends on how well you have handled the stress, understood the subject and scored well. It is your hard work and determination that would pay you at the end. So, think and decide
