Most importantly, BTech distance education is not valid in India. You must go for regular BTech degree courses as they are well-recognized and approved, and hold a lot of value in the job market and otherwise.1) In regular B.Tech, you have to go to college and maintain a good attendance percentage to be eligible to appear for the semester exams. On the other hand, in distance B.Tech, you have to go to college only to appear for exams.2)  In B.Tech, not all subjects are easy. However, this option isn't available in Distance B.Tech.4) In distance B.Tech, there is no scope for on-campus placement. Most of the companies demand for regular B.Tech with focus on internships and final year projects. So, distance B.Tech loses quite a lot of placement options. Most of the well-known universities do not endorse Distance B.Tech. In short, it is better if you go for Regular B.Tech.
