Yes, many universities offer distance learning programs for B.Tech, and having a Diploma in mechanical engineering and work experience of 7 months can be an advantage in some cases. However, admission requirements may vary between universities, so it is recommended to check the eligibility criteria for the specific programme you are interested in. Some universities may require additional qualifications or work experience, while others may offer a direct entry to the programme based on your Diploma. Additionally, you may need to clear any entrance exams required for admission.

No, a B.Tech through distance education is declared invalid by the Supreme Court and AICTE in India. So you cannot do B.Tech through distance education which approved in job. So my preference is Don't Do B.Tech through Distance.

As distance education advances, every undergraduate and postgraduate degree is now offered in a distance or online format. However, the key concern is whether or not b tech distance education is genuine. Distance education for B Tech is ineffective. The Supreme Court of India and the AICTE have deemed B Tech remote education to be invalid. As a result, b tech online education is ineffective since it needs adequate laboratories and training, which
