It is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Technical Education (NCTE) and offered by Panjab University, Chandigarh.
So, you can't do correspondence course.

Andhra University is a recognized university under UGC and its distance school is also recognized by Distance Education Bureau of University Grants Commission. So, it is valid. Thanks.

Eligibility:
A Bachelors or higher degree from a recognized university, and
Two years full-time regular teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post-Graduate Teachers in Primary, Secondary/Higher/Senior secondary school recognized by the central or a state government or a union territory are eligible to take admission.
As you don't have teaching experience, you are not eligible.

Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BEd in Indian Institute of Professional Studies
Bachelor of Education Programme (B.Ed.) is a Two year correspondence course. All students who have passed B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pardesh or Recognised Universities under U.G.C. or Equivalent are eligible for admission to this course. (Preference will be given to working teachers).

Graduation from Andhra University or any other recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks for General and 40% in case of SC/ST/BC/PWD category candidates.
Teaching experience requirement the candidate must have an experience of 2 years teaching experience in government/ recognized primary/ upper primary school/ Educational Institution.
Qualifying examination requirement-The candidate should be qualified in the B.Ed Entrance test to be conducted by the school of Distance Education.
