B.Ed from KUK - Distance is accepted all over the country.
The Fee is INR 30,000 per year.
B.Ed from distance mode is a two year Programme.

I did not find any mention of the same.
However, you being an Elementary teacher (JBT) makes you eligible to do the B Ed. You may be one with a BA Degree, but working in a recognized school, whose experience certificate will be approved by the University DDE.
The eligibility conditions for admission to B.Ed (2-year) course through distance mode will be as under:-
(i) Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates) or 55% marks in case of BE/B.Tech (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates) as per directions

The last Date starts from September to March of the Next Year.
For example, 29th September 2018 will be the last date without late fee.
12th March 2019 will be last date with Rs. 8,500 late fee.

No, you cannot pursue two degrees together through distance mode. But, UGC had recommended that students enrolled in a regular degree course should be allowed to pursue an additional degree simultaneously under open or distance education mode from the same or different university.
