Distant education in industrial engineering, you may get in Bangalore, but they may not be valued the same as a normal college course. I would suggest you consider giving CET - Get into colleges like R V, Ramaiah. These are top notch for industrial engineering.

Distance B.Tech in civil engineering is not good for your career in future because from distance you can't learn design subject without any guidance so it's better to join regular or part time B.Tech.

First congrats for having a Diploma.
To get further education in your correspondence branch, you need to get admission in B.Tech via lateral entry scheme which enables a Diploma student to get admission directly in 2nd year.
