Yes, you are eligible to apply for M.Des. After completing graduation, you can apply for CEED or M.Des.
All applicants will have to undergo the Design Aptitude Test.
Educational Qualification: Applicants must either have appeared for (results awaited), passed, or will be appearing for any of the following degree examinations before July 2017:
Bachelors degree in any discipline under the 10+2+4 (or more) system, from any university or institute recognized by law in India.

Hello Pankaj,
Some distance learning Universities were offering Engineering courses. But recently UGC has issued a circular that any course that required extensive practicals should not be offered via distance education mode.
