If you have completed Diploma in Engineering, then B.Tech lateral and part time are the options. AMIE is another option recognised by MHRD. BE / B.Tech part time or distance courses are not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence, never pursue them.

Distance B.Tech is not helpful for jobs. So, consider your BTech from a regular mode. Good Luck.

I don't think any college in india provides B.Tech degree in distance mode as it is a technical course. If any provide, it will a open university certificate.

Correspondance course in B.Tech is not recognised by government of India. So, you wouldn't be eligible for government or may be for private jobs in India.

I don't think any good college provide B.Tech course through distance education mode. May be some private college provide but before applying for it check the validity of the college and the course.

It would be better to go for full time course instead of correspondence because that will be having less value than the regular one. By the way, for which institute are you asking?

Good to know about your completion of Diploma course. If you want to do B.Tech, you have to attend the college, as there are no such colleges which provide distance course for B.Tech.
