BCA as the course curriculum of BCA in most colleges of India includes the syllabus of Polytechnic along with other topics as well. If the question is about pursuing Polytechnic in a different domain altogether, then it is my advice to choose a stream in which a person wants to establish a career in and then proceed further. Pursuing 2 different courses in different domains rarely leads to something good and mostly results in the career path going astray. Hi,
LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

I will suggest you not to pursue any Bachelor course from distance learning, as they have less value as compared to a full time degree. If you are able to afford regular college fee then take admission into that, BCA is a practical course which requires proper guidance as it includes Programming Languages, which are not understandable without any proper guidance. And, companies also avoids candidates with distance learning degrees.
