Distance LL.B is not approved by Bar Council of India.UGC also strictly prohibit distance LL.B and LL.M .Although there are some DDE offering distance LL.B ( academic ) like Anamali. You can explore about -Distance Diploma courses in lawNLU MBLPGDCLM.A in law

The eligibility criteria to practice law in courts after completing a distance/correspondence LLB program from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) is the same as for any regular LLB program in India.
According to the Bar Council of India (BCI) rules, candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks and have completed an LLB degree from a recognized university or institute are eligible to enroll as advocates and practice law in the courts of India.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. There is no age limit for admission, and the minimum percentage required is 45% of marks in Graduate from a recognised University or Institution. In some of the colleges admissions to this course are based on the merit list. You are eligible to do LL.B. In any age whether your age is 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, or even more. Because Bar Council of India (Which regulates lawyers profession)does not recognize any distance education degree for LL.B. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree. In simple words, you can't become lawyer doing LL.B. through distance or correspondence mode.
