As per my knowledge after completing plain B.Com you are suggested to take MBA specialised as finance, because the as a B.Com graduate you will be having good knowledge about finance so you could able to carry out that knowledge in MBA as well.

As per my knowledge, You should go for Regular MBA to polish your technical, managerial and soft skills. Make sure that you opt for a university that is reputed, UGC approved that provides good industrial exposure. It should have helping and knowledgeable faculty and does help you with placement assistance. MBA is more about the experience rather than education. 1) Distance MBA students will be given low priority compared to students who study on campus.
2) The college is not at fault here its just companies prefer students who have more done practical learning with the college.
3) Besides there will be a lot of companies which accept students who have done distance MBA.

No you can not. The minimum percentage of marks required in graduation is 50% for general category for MBA Admission.
