It depends on the situation you are currently in. If you have just graduated and want to continue studying only then you can go for a Regular MBA, but if you are looking for a job and still want to do MBA, then the best option will be to go for a Distance/Online MBA. If you cannot attend the regular classes in a college, a distance MBA is the right programme for you. And if you want to do your distance MBA with proper recognition, Kazian School of Management will be the best option for you as all their courses are UGC approved &; also WES approved for Canada PR.

If you are looking for Distance MBA in Human Resources, then you should definitely check this institute now. www.ksmuni.org
My HR did her Distance MBA through this Institute only. Their prices are highly affordable and the institute is UGC & WES approved for Canada PR. If you are a working professional with more than 7-8 years of experience then you can opt for Executive Distance MBA. You can visit their site here - www.ksmuni.org
Best of luck with your Distance MBA.

No. It's not necessary. If you want to apply for a distance MBA, there are several options. But the best choice would depend on your needs and preferences. You'll need to consider factors like course fees so you choose an institution within your budget. You'll also needs to find an institution that offers courses in the specialisation you need. My personal recommendation is Kazian School of Management because their courses are affordable and comprehensive. Their all courses are UGC approved and they also have WES approved for Canada PR. They have 1 Lacs+ alumnus from 35+ Countries, Expert faculty members, Tailor-made and updated video

Yes, it will be valid, provided distance education is a proper MBA degree (Not a PGDM) and approved by Gov (UGC, AIU, etc. ).
