As you are already working I would recommend you to go for an Executive MBA as it has good value than doing distance learning. If you don't have time for regular college, then certainly opt for Distance learning programme which will be an added advantage for your long run, as Symbiosis is one of the reputed college for MBA programs its certainly worth it. MBA Tourism and travel management is gaining popularity these days. MBA via the corespondance route is an option available for people who are employed. An MBA does give an opportunity for career growth. However an Exe. MBA from a top college would be a better option.

As you have such a long duration of work experience, you should go for distance. Because the package you must have right now, even if you do executive MBA, they won't be able to provide you that much. It's good if you do distance MBA from college like Symbiosis, Narsee Monjee, etc.
