Hi Akshara,
As you are already working I would recommend you to go for an Executive MBA as it has good value than doing distance learning. If you don't have time for regular college, then certainly opt for Distance learning programme which will be an added advantage for your long run, as Symbiosis is one of the reputed college for MBA programs its certainly worth it. Hey Aashka,
MBA Tourism and travel management is gaining popularity these days. It is a postgraduate level course of 2 years in the domain of travel and tourism management which basically attempts to introduce students to the much sought after travel and tourism industry and help them make a successful career out of it.
The minimum eligibility requisite for this course is a Bachelors degree in any discipline with a minimum of 45-50% in aggregate.

MBA via the corespondance route is an option available for people who are employed. An MBA does give an opportunity for career growth. However an Exe. MBA from a top college would be a better option.

I would prefer you for MBA in Operations management because the industries are looking for multitasking people who can be flexible in various work and does not stick to one job which will cut down the cost of company.

As you have such a long duration of work experience, you should go for distance. Because the package you must have right now, even if you do executive MBA, they won't be able to provide you that much. It's good if you do distance MBA from college like Symbiosis, Narsee Monjee, etc.
