Hello Jitendra,
You are saying that you have done B.Com with 49% marks, and you wants to do MBA through distance learning programme. So, you cannot do this right now, because 2 years' experience is also required for the distance MBA program. So, first you will have to do job for minimum 2 years, then you can apply there for MBA.

Distance MBA means you will be studying MBA online as all the study material will be delivered to your home you only need to go to college to give the examination, but I will suggest you to go for the MBA full time course.

Well, Pune University doesn't provide distance online courses for MBA. There are plenty of good colleges in Pune that provides like Symbiosis University. So, go for them.

When you are thinking about Distance programs, there is no point of MAT score as Distance Programs are not required Entrance test.
