It can be beneficial under certain conditions say, if you are currently working and looking for a growth within your organization. Unfortunately, even now in India and many place a correspondence degree may not carry too much weightage if you are still at your entry point of your career. One of the top institutes for distance learning is Symbiosis - Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning, it offers 2 years course offering a degree in Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Another Institute for distance education is IGNOU it offers Post-Graduate Diploma in Operations Management of 1-year duration. Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) distance learning MBA and Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning are the best ones. You can opt for marketing or finance field.

No, distance MBA is never good as it lacks the practical knowledge which is given in college. But still, if you want to pursue the same, then go for NMIMS distance learning as well Symbiosis, Pune distance learning course.

Yes, as you are already placed in an MNC, this will help you in the growth of your profile. I would suggest you to go for it. But before that, you should have at least 2-3 minimum years of experience in your respective field.

Well, generally it is not required though certain programs might require you to take one of the exams like CAT, XAT or MAT. Your overall profile is checked and some basic aptitude test are conducted before admission. It is important to note that distance MBA unlike regular doesn't have placement process. Almost some good programs may give you assistance pertaining to placement but that's about it. Hope it answers your question.
