It is possible for you to get admission for MBA in distant mode through entrance exam. The most important point is that you should score a good score either in your state entrance, for example, like in IGNOU entrance. Go to good quality university for distant education rather than any fake consultants or educationalist in this field. Try to crack IGNOU entrance and do MBA from that college. Also, you can look for Amity distant education for distant education.

CMAT has no benefits for correspondence MBA. Some universities offer entrance exam for MBA like for example IGNOU entrance for Indira National Gandhi Open University. The strength of the course in this university is very vast. The entrance score is the first step towards your selection in the university. Some universities will keep a certain standard for giving distant admission for you. Always try to get a high score in CMAT to get shortlisted.

I am against distance and online MBA. It will just teach you the aspects of MBA and it is not worth as industries prefer real time MBA where you have to get hands on industry experience.

As per AIU norms, a PGD done through distance is not considered equivalent to that of MBA. You can think of universities like IGNOU (IGNOU.AC.in) for offline MBA & universities like SGVU or Mewar (mewar.edu.in) for online MBA.

Nowadays, many banks started to tie up with universities for the selection of eligible candidates. The banks started Post Diploma in banking finance courses in which candidates go through one-year training for the banking officer.
you can choose any one option either IBPS bank exams or PGDBF courses. If you are financially strong enough and you have the patience for a year for the training then you can go for the MBA or PGDBF courses.
The PGDBF or MBA course will cost you around 3-8 lakhs and time dura

Hi,
The minimum eligibility requirement for both type of MBAs are:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
- Diploma holders need to possess three-year work experience to pursue the program
- B-schools select students based on entrance exams that test the analytical, verbal and numerical abilities of students.
