Yes, you can appear for improvement examination after going into higher studies and if your improvement marks are better then it will be taken into consideration otherwise the previous marks will be considered.

Once you get admission in IGNOU in distance education, students have to submit assignments, appear for term end exam and if required submit practical file. Assignments: Students can check the assignment on the official website of IGNOU as per their year of admission. Students have to submit the assignment within the specified time to their designated study centre. Some study centre might accept online submission. You can, however, choose IGNOU or DU-SOL, as they can offer you some relevant and worthwhile options if you choose to opt for distant learning.Many colleges and universities offer BA translation courses, although they are regular classes. Many universities and colleges provide online or distance learning options for a wide variety of languages and foreign language courses.
