Yes, through CCE, the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES Dehradun) offers distance learning courses to students. The distance education courses are approved by the Distance Education Council. UPES University was established in 2003 by the UPES ACT of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand. Yes, Andhra University offers UG, PG and Diploma courses in the fields of Arts, Commerce, Management, etc. Through distance learning mode. The courses are offered through the School of Distance Education. There are currently 34 study centres serving the needs of students.
