Hi,
No, you can't join the last two exams for the commerce in Correspondence. You just can't mix two types of degree as per your convenience. Just think and go for the one type only and good luck.

Medical degrees are not authorised for distance education you need to be on campus and if any university or college is providing it that's need to be authorised by medicinal authority.

Yes,The overall fees will be somewhere around 1lakh INR. It doesn't include any tuition fees.

You have a graduation degree of B.Com, and for getting a government bank jobs there are certain eligibility criteria to appear for examination. The criteria are age, you must be a graduate. That's it and after preparing for the exam you can crack that exam. All the best.
