If you are in 3rd you should wait for a year if you are not doing any job but if you are doing job then you should apply for NOC Certificate that college gas not any problem in allowing me distance education as I am doing job.

Hi, Bachelor or Master degree from a recognised University with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Trained in-service teachers in elementary education. Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognised teacher education programme through face-to-face mode. Only in service teachers working in any recognised Government/Aided/Private School/Educational Institution in the state of Haryana are eligible.

IGNOU offers distance learning.
It has two admission cycles for all the programs. 1) January cycle 2) July Cycle.
for July 2020 cycle admission last date is Sep 30, 2020. ie today. So hurry up!!!!
