You can apply for a Master's course at TISS after completing your Bachelor's degree through distance learning. However, your university must be recognized by UGC. The minimum eligibility criteria for the master's course at TISS are as follows:1. You should have a Bachelor's degree of at least 3 years or its equivalent. 2. Your degree must be from a university recognized by UGC.3. Some courses may require you to have work experience. You also need to appear in the TISS entrance exam to get admission to some of the postgraduate courses offered by the university.

no shubhash if you thinking distance degree in law course so drop your idea because the Bar Council of India doesn't recognize the law degree programme completed in distance education mode. Only for Diploma programme you can enroll in distance education
it should be noted that, distance education offer 3-year LL.B.A. LL.B. BBA LL.B. Or LL. M. programmes is not valid because the apex legal education body, the Bar Council of India doesn't recognize the law degree programmes completed in distance education mode. Yes, there is a chance of delay in examination in correspondence degree, but delay is reasonable due to covid but now a days, there could be a little chance of delay in examination.

Post-Graduate Diploma in Analytical Chemistry (PGDAC) is available through distance mode by IGNOU, it is world's the biggest open university most trusted and recognised by UGC Parliament of India passed the Indira Gandhi National Open University ACT 1985 IGNOU ACT 1985). IGNOU is run by the central government of India
Total fees is INR 9600 including book cost
Duration of Diploma is1 year
examination centres are available in all over india so you can enroll in IGNOU Diploma course

Both have merit both degree have same value both recognise by UGC and degree valid for any job like government or in private company and MNC. Difference is in regular degree you have to join lecture and practical knowledge
In correspondence, you have self-study and learn skills your own
If you have time, then join regular degree
If you are job person, then correspondence is good for you
At last, your own skill and talent help you in placement degree does not matter both act as same either correspondence or regular.
