Hi, the following is the eligibility criterion for CPA:
As for CPA eligibility, you need 120 credits to appear for the CPA exam and 150 credits for a CPA license. General rule: Every year of university education in India is equivalent to 30-semester credits of US education. Some state boards award credit for international professional qualifications like CA. For international CPA candidates from India, generally 3-year commerce graduates from NAAC A universities who have scored a 1 st division are awarded 120 credits.

There are numerous Universities that are offering the distance MBA in India but one must understand the importance of this as Distance MBA Enables Study and Job at the Same Time:- The course of MBA in distance education mode is designed in a way that it can be convenient for the students who cannot go to college to attend the classes regularly. Because Bar Council of India (Which regulates lawyers profession) does not recognize any distance education degree for LL.B. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree. In simple word you can't become lawyer doing LL.B. Through distance or correspondence mode.
