Hi, No, you cannot take a correspondence course (also known as distance education) for a BTech degree at IITs or NITs  (or any other reputable institute in India) because the Supreme Court of India has ruled that BTech programs require extensive practical training, which is difficult to achieve effectively through pure distance learning. Unfortunately, MSc Nursing is not offered by IGNOU.
