Yes, there are scholarships programmes for UG courses at BMS centre for executive education and distance learning. BMS centre offers multiple scholarship opportunities to needy ones. The scholarship is mainly provided to the merit candidates which depends on the students academics, capability and excellence. Another one is need based scholarship which is provided to students those are from weak socio economic background. Also there are some other scholarships like sports and extra curricular activities like cultural programmes etc.

No, you cannot take a correspondence course (also known as distance education) for a BTech degree at IITs or NITs  (or any other reputable institute in India) because the Supreme Court of India has ruled that BTech programs require extensive practical training, which is difficult to achieve effectively through pure distance learning. Yes, MPhil can be pursued in distance learning mode as well. The MPhil programme lasts two years on average, but can be extended to one more year with payment of a penalty amount.
