The eligibility criteria to practice law in courts after completing a distance/correspondence LLB program from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) is the same as for any regular LLB program in India.

Please write about the college name from where you want to pursue the LL.B. for a better response. However, if planning about distance LL.B. then it is not valid as per BCI guidelines.

Any student from any stream or recognised board/university can easily enroll in the Distance LL.B. Course. The most important thing to remember is that you can only apply to universities with the Bar Council of India (BCI) Bachelor of legislative law, a single degree in the law of discipline.

Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) is recognised by UGC.
