Well, the validity of your degree certificates will depend on the institute from where you have completed your certifications from, and whether the institutes are UGC or AICTE approved. You will be able to get this information from your institute or from the official site of your college.

For a normal B.Sc student, you should go for M.Sc in science field only, but if you want to study computers then DOEACC level courses would be more suitable as well as diploma in computer application. This combination makes you eligible at places where B.Sc IT is required, or as a teacher of computers at school level.
