Anurag University doesn't offer an M.Tech through distance education.Yes, you can do M.Tech while doing a job. Many Indian Universities offer M.Tech courses Part-Time as per the AICTE guidelines, and you may enroll in that.

No, the Distance courses for M.Tech is not valid as it was declared by Supreme Court.
For this you can do part time M.Tech part time from IIT.
For this you can do part time M.Tech part time from IIT.

Correspondence or distance M.Tech is not valid hence never pursue it. Amity University is the only one offering M.Tech course through weekend mode.

ME Industrial Safety Engineering at Annamalai University is a regular full-time course, and the admissions are based on TANCET entrance exam. So please apply through TANCET exam for admission in asked course.
