Hi Prashant,
The basic eligibility is graduation. There are no age restrictions for admission to IGNOUs management programs. You should be a graduate in any discipline and must have 50% marks for graduation if you are from general category. You need to qualify in OPENMAT management aptitude test conducted by IGNOU for admission to management programs I.e attain minimum cut off marks. It is held twice a year in July and in December. For July the last date is over (31st May).

MBA from IGNOU is recognized world over. However, you should always check with the universities for acceptance of the degree and if any evaluation is required prior applying. Most premiere B-Schools accepts scores above 50%. It will be difficult to get a good B-School at this grade. You can check with respective B-Schools if there is any special provision for students below 50%.
