If distant education is chosen, the chances of getting good package is very less. Campus recruitment is good always. The company visiting the college will consider certain salary scale.

Yes, you can do both M.Com and MBA degree together only if you will do one degree from regular university and another degree from distance university. You cannot do both the degrees together on a regular basis. Also, you cannot do two degrees together from one university at a time. Yes, but you can do two degrees together in distance education.
If you want to give more preference to MBA, then you can do MBA from a regular University. M.Com is a general commerce degree, so you can do it from distance education. The value of M.Com through distance education is same as regular.
You should do MBA full time course and M.Com part time course.

Please note MBA is a management qualification and not a school subject. In a school, it is either commerce, economics or business mathematics for which an appropriate degree will be either MA economics or MA M.Com which you may pursue at much lower cost and even available through IGNOU. about acceptance of distance learning degree, please refer notification of the respective schools such as KVS or JNVS advertisement
you need to have B.Ed for sure to teach upyog secondary and M.Ed for teaching senior secondary

If you are already employed then you can opt for the same. If you are looking for a government job, where AICTE approval is required, then you should not opt for the same.
