SCDL (Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning), D.Y Patil College of Distance Learning (Pune), L.N Welingkar Institute of Management, IGNOU, Amity University of Distance Learning, DMDU (Sikkim Manipal Distance University), etc. are universities which are recognised by UGC and are valid for applying both in government and private sector. I don't think that any one of them offers distance MBA but there is Amity University and IGNOU which offers distance MBA programme.

WES is a education evaluation organisation not an accreditation agency. WES will evaluate your degree and check the foreign equivalency. For a list of UGC and AICTE approved degrees you may check the website. By the way are you asking for foreign MBA or Indian MBA?

MBA from distance carries almost no value. Hence, it is advisable to go for regular MBA.
