In part time or correspondence MBA, you need to visit university and show some percentage of attendance. While, in distance and online MBA, the percentage of attendance does not matter.

I would suggest you to pursue MBA over E-MBA as acceptance of E-MBA is still not that much in corporate. You cannot apply for higher studies like Ph.D after executive MBA. Considering your profile, you should choose MBA in project management.

A Distance MBA in finance can be pursued by anyone interested. Meant for candidates with limited resources and time, Distance MBA enables a person to pursue the subject from any part of the world. All one needs, is to fulfil the basic course eligibility criteria. A correspondence MBA is also much cheaper than a full-time MBA.

You cannot apply for an MBA without completing a Bachelor's degree. MBA is a Master's degree and the basic eligibility is graduation. After completing your Bachelor's degree, you can pursue PG Diploma in insurance or MBA.
Some available certifications for you are international insurance certifications like:
1. CPCU.
2. CII.
3. LOMA/ FLMI.
4. Certificate program in general insurance offered by IFBI.

Distance MBA programs are perfect for students who cannot join the formal education system due to various reasons.
