Yes, it is recognised from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem is completely recognised as a University under Parliament Act. Normally, such big and good universities would not deviate with legislation.

MBA through distance has a less value as compared to regular one, but if it is done from good or reputed institute then you may get a good job. Job depends on one's capability and skills. Pursue distance education from institutes like IMT, Symbiosis, etc.
