You should pursue distance MBA/ executive MBA from the top 20 MBA institutes. Nowadays, most of the top ranked institutes also have a distance/executive MBA program in place. Nowadays, many independent bodies conduct independent surveys on yearly basis to rank B-schools on multiple parameters. You can refer such lists on the internet and choose the institute.

IGNOU is one of the best options in India. Apart from that, Pondicherry Central university, Sikkim Manipal University, Symbiosis etc. are offering MBA through correspondence. All the best.
