Manipal has a good name these days. But if you want to so MBA through distance mode, why are you looking for colleges only in Delhi? You can opt for Symbiosis, Pune distance course or GJU Hisar, Haryana for distance education.

IGNOU is considered to be the best university in terms of distance learning. Subharti University is good too, but think about Pondicherry University too. Pondicherry University has a good distance learning program.

You first need to decide the name of the institute that you want to do pursue your MBA from. Then visit their website and check on the admission process for distance MBA program. Based on this, you can take further action.
Since you are employed in Delhi, a better option could be to pursue executive MBA / part time MBA from a Delhi based institute itself.
