Good morning !
It would be better to do regular MBA rather than a distance course.
But if your job demands such a course, you my go for a distance course. For a bank job MBA in finance would be beneficial.

look.this is depend on Your cast system or depends on college or institue in which u do MBA .if u r in obc, sc,st or bc cast then u can easily get addmission in MBA in most colleges.if u r in general cast then u can do MBA from ptu easily.otherwise good luck.man

This is common dilemma faced by majority of engineering graduates in final year of their studies. If you are technically inclined and want to make career in the technical field then it is advisable to do M.Tech/MS. If you want to be a generalist then MBA is better option. Nowadays Technical specialists are paid very well and sometimes more than Management graduates. Equal growth opportunities are available for both M.Tech and MBA graduates.

Look, doing MBA from Distance education is not a productive idea.
Still if you are willing to do, Marketing would be a better option as other courses especially Finance would require more of practical learning and strong basics compared to other field. So I would suggest you to look for a marketing job.
Rest all depends on your area of interest.
