Navneet,
A regular MBA is always considered better than a correspondence because with regular MBA, you get to be part of proper classroom programs, you get to meet fellow students and the whole experience of going through an MBA program is what gives you most out of it. It is not just about getting a degree.
Go for a correspondence MBA only when it is absolutely not possible for you to leave your job and spend a year or two without any source of income. Although, it might not give you even half the career boost that a regular MBA does, it may help you a bit in career progression.

Hi Tiwari,
Executive MBA is normally pursued by working professionals with anywhere between 8 - 10 years of experience. An Executive MBA program is a full time program. Most of these candidates are sponsored by their companies. The duration of the program is one year and it is a very demanding program.
Distance MBA on the other hand is pursued by working professionals who want to grow on the job.
There are many Universities who provide distance MBA/EMBA:
1. Indian Institute of Management – Lucknow.
2. Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi.
3. Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
4. Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Pari,
It depend on your area of interest. If you have sufficient experience (3-5 years) than you can opt for EMBA also. But distance MBA will allow you to work along with the studies.

Hello,
To do PhD it is important to have completed a Masters course from a recognized University. It does not really matter if the course is completed through Distance Learning or Regular. What matters is the recognition of the course.
