If you really want a bank job, then I suggest you to do an MBA in banking and finance, because here, you will get both things i.e. banking experience and processing knowledge along with basics of Business Administration, a full time MBA will be best but it depends on your situation that either you want full time MBA or distance MBA. After pursuing your MBA, you can work as an intern or trainee in a bank or chances are that you can get placed in banking sector but placements are only in full time MBA.
