Distance MBA

If you really want a bank job, then I suggest you to do an MBA in banking and finance, because here, you will get both things i.e. banking experience and processing knowledge along with basics of Business Administration, a full time MBA will be best but it depends on your situation that either you want full time MBA or distance MBA. After pursuing your MBA, you can work as an intern or trainee in a bank or chances are that you can get placed in banking sector but placements are only in full time MBA. Now, most important thing studies and work cannot be done simultaneously, although some institutes allow their students to work along with studies but the curriculum is so arranged that students do not suffer, main thing is that you should focus on one thing at a time, rest I leave to your wisdom.

I would definitely suggest doing MBA from distance learning university, As you said that you're 30 years old and this question is 1 year old so you must be 31 now, Distance learning mode is the best mode for you, Some people hesitate to go to college at a higher age, so distance learning is the only option for you where you will get online facility of learning, exams can be given online too, Study pattern, Live lectures, recorded lectures everything will be online so no need to go college and all. I would recommend Amity Distance Learning University, NMIMS, JIMS, and UPES because these all offer online education service whereas Suresh Gyan Vihar and Jaipur national university offer offline mode of exams.
