If you really want a bank job, then I suggest you to do an MBA in banking and finance, because here, you will get both things i.e. banking experience and processing knowledge along with basics of Business Administration, a full time MBA will be best but it depends on your situation that either you want full time MBA or distance MBA. You can go for colleges like NITIE Mumbai. If you have scored a good percentile, then you can get admission in this college. This is one of the best distance colleges for MBA.

Yes, but make sure that the programme is a one that is recognized by UGC. For example, you may opt for doing Ph.D. having MBA from IGNOU. There are certain distance education programs that are not recognized by UGC. And, also certain short term PGDM (1year duration) courses as well.

I would definitely suggest doing MBA from distance learning university, As you said that you're 30 years old and this question is 1 year old so you must be 31 now, Distance learning mode is the best mode for you, Some people hesitate to go to college at a higher age, so distance learning is the only option for you where you will get online facility of learning, exams can be given online too, Study pattern, Live lectures, recorded lectures everything will be online so no need to go college and all. You should try for NMIMS or Amity Distance Learning University for your MBA programme. If you do your programme from these two UGC approved universities then you can get a good job in Mumbai. In distance learning, universities do not give any surety of placement but they support. NMIMS and Amity both are big brands in distance learning so doing an MBA programme from there is very good.
