Hello! For better career prospects, a full-time MBA is the best option since it guarantees good placement assistance from the college itself. Still, if you've already planned to pursue distance MBA, it would be better to pursue it only from a reputed institute.

Distance MBA is the right choice, if you are looking for career growth. My suggestions to would be to gain experience over the domain you want to specialize in and then do the course, it will make you easy to understand the subject and more efficiently. For the suggestions ICFAI and Symbiosis are providing high class education in the past years. You need to decide you will approach the future with your decisions.  You can attend the online classes when do you want, for live lectures, they inform on emails, but if you miss the live lecture then it records in the login ID which you get at the time of your admission. Every distance learning university provides the online facility of learning but due to some issues, some universities like SGVU provide the offline mode of exams. Rest like Amity, Mewar University has the online mode of learning and online mode of exam pattern.

Eligibility criteria for admission:
Minimum 50% is required in graduation. Any graduate (Including Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship) must have scored the mentioned aggregate.
Admission Process:
Entrance Test: Eligible candidates need to appear for the OPEN MAT conducted by the university.
Counselling: Admission is done through counseling based on the marks obtained in OPEN MAT examination.

Hi,Yes, you are eligible for distance MBA from IGNOU and you have good percentage also. And, it doesn't matters from whichever university you have done your graduation, so yes you are eligible. You can apply for IGNOU.
