Hi,
When you are thinking about Distance programs, there is no point of MAT score as Distance Programs are not required Entrance test.

Hi Admin, ICFAI is offering Distance MBA programs like Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management. ICFAI is UGC approved University. AICTE is not mandatory for Distance Learning Programs and it is required for Technical programs like B.Tech, B.Sc. BCA etc.

PGDM is a Post Graduate Diploma and MBA is Master of Business Administration, both the courses are available via distance mode in many colleges/universities. As far as distance education is concerned, IGNOU is the best option.

Distance MBA is generally picked up by candidates who are currently employed and have work experience of more than 3 years. In case you have financially stable then I would advise you to go in for a full-time MBA as this would give you a better chance of career progression wherein you can take better advantage of the campus placement process. You need to have minimum 50% marks at the graduation level examination & also required to clear CAT admission test) with a high percentile score to get admission into a good institute. Yes, JNU has a good name in the market to compare with SMU. JNU is UGC and DEB approved university and I would like to share an example of my brother who has completed his B.Sc from Amity distance learning then he did his MCA from JNU and now he works in Infosys.
