You can prefer IGNOU or Pondicherry University or if you are capable of going with NMIMS or Symbiosis then you can prefer the same.

Dear Vaibhav,
NET examination would be conducted by University Grants Commission, New Delhi, which expects a full Master's degree in various disciplines, with post graduate Diplomas you cannot take the entrance examination for lectureship or for research fellowship. BUT there is other chance for you, IIMs offer FPM, Fellow Programme in Management equivalent to PhD. With PG diploma you can do FPM programme.

IGNOU and Symbiosis Universities are the best options for MBA by distance learning. In case, you want to do special MBA such as consultancy management, manufacturing management or quality management then MBA of BITS-Pilani is the best.

For a teaching job in a school, you need to do B.Ed first. The field of teaching is full of competition and many gray area exist in government and aided school for job. For private job, you may need to work in meagre salary for first few years.

Look, if you want to get into HR, then it does not really matter what was your graduation. BBA and LLB are both graduation level courses. So, leave them aside. So that leaves your MBA (HR) that too through correspondence. Preference always will be received by candidates who have done MBA full time. So Yes, if you have a full time MBA (HR) degree from a reputed college, then it holds more value than a degree received through correspondence in MBA (HR) plus BBA LLB. Hope this helps.
