No, a B.Tech through distance education is declared invalid by the Supreme Court and AICTE in India. So you cannot do B.Tech through distance education which approved in job. So my preference is Don't Do B.Tech through Distance.

If you have done your degree from the arts stream you need to choose a degree in arts or commerce. As you are a married woman if you are unable to go to college you cannot opt for an open degree and can continue your further education.
