Please confirm on your qualifications. If you are a graduate then you can enrol for the MBA in distance mode with specializations in Production / Operations Management.
As the courses are designed for working class professionals, many students get internal movement within the same company and we also provide the support for all those who wish to make a change from their current company.
We have tie up with recruitment firms for the same.
Regards
Arun

Through regular MBA programme from top B-School, you will get the practical approach in term of internship, interaction with faculty, case study research, placement opportunities, study abroad programme, interaction with companies top management through CEO meet.
These all factors you will miss in distance or correspondence MBA.
But if you are already in a job and want an MBA degree for further growth and jump then you may choose it other wise go for regular mode MBA.
All the best.

If you want to start preparations for IAS from the 1st-year than you can think of these options:
Political Science
History
Sociology
Philosophy
But you can think of these programmes in regular mode as your plan-B for your career if you are not able to clear IAS:
BA LLB
Psychology
Journalism
Special education
English (Hons.)
So choose the right way for your future.
All the best!
