If you want to practice in Indian courts after law degree you are advised to do regular LLB as Bar Council of India does not recognise LLB through distance learning.

University of Bombay
University of Madras
IGNOU
Kerala University
Anna Malai University
It would be better if you consult their alumni website for their performance record.
