Yes, you can apply. The minimum qualification required for B.Ed course is Bachelor of arts (BA), Bachelor of science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of commerce (B.Com) form a recognized board/ university with at least 50% marks. You need to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the various states and independent educational bodies and universities for admission in various teaching institutions.

I would suggest you to consider Indian Institute of Mass Communication. They have good PG Diplomas in the field of mass communication.
You can pursue the below mentioned Diploma courses:
1. Diploma in radio journalism.

Distance MBA does not provide placement opportunity as per my knowledge. You can refer to EPGP program offered by IIM - A/ IIM - B. They carry a brand image of a premier institute, which can aid you in placements.

Always prefer full-time over distance. If you were working, I will suggest you distance but as a fresher, go with regular. No matter B.Sc CS or IT, what matters is how you are good in the subject.

Yes , you can. But it all depends on your percentage and number of backlogs. Please provide info on that. Are there GAP in your studies? When have you completed BCA? What exactly you were doing full-time during your studies? All these questions are important to understand your case.
