Law course through distance is not valid. if you want to pursue a course just for knowledge, you can do a certificate level course. You should better contact new colleges as they have some options for you regarding attendance.

Definitely, after completing PG, you can become a lecturer. There are many universities which offer distance courses like Dr C.V. Raman University, Mats University, Andhra University, Kuvempu University, Utkal University, IGNOU, etc.

Law is not allowed in distance mode. Yes, for knowledge, you can do certificate level courses but for full time course you need regular, for extra requirement contact directly the university or college than can help you in this matter.

Yes, there is not criteria for distance or regular course. Rather, the requirement for the same is percentage of marks in graduation.
